I watched this nice little DVD over the weekend, a film by Lewis Gilbert starring Julie Walters, John Hannah and Tom Wilkinson. It was about three sisters coming together with their menfolk (where applicable) to attend their mother's funeral. One of the daughters keeps seeing visions of her mother (Patricia Hodge) in a beautiful green Fifties frock, including at her own graveside, where she speaks these words about forgiveness.
I thought the film was a bit slow actually, but it was worth sitting through to be reminded of this:
