Our small Attractors group re-convened on a bridge line this evening for the first time since before Christmas. In theory this is a group of six or seven of us who want to explore and discuss the principles of the law of attraction with like-minded others. In practice, there has been a core group of three with others sliding in and out from week to week.
Tonight we were the core group, meeting to decide whether, and if so how, we want to continue these weekly calls. There was a feeling amongst us that we had run a little out of steam as a weekly group call, and that we might move to a Google Group and throw the world an invite.
But the energy changed as the call developed...
While we haven't very 'intentionally' set out to practise the attraction principles week to week, we were all able to easily identify situations, people, books and gigs we had attracted, even over the holiday period when some of us were feeling 'Santa stress' and not very attractive at all.
It seemed to us that simply having a place where we could discuss our wins and reinforce the positive thinking that accompanies the Law, was inspiring a mood lift and an energy buzz. Just talking about it out loud was perhaps enough to make us even more attractive than we'd be if we were just thinking about it on our own. And by the time the call finished, we'd agreed we'd all be back on the phone again pronto next week, ha ha.
Not that I mean to imply for one moment that talking about stuff is enough to make changes happen. Because when all's said and done, there's a lot more said than done. It's just that talking about it helps embed our intentions and desires a bit deeper into our subconscious and doing that helps us see the opportunities that perhaps we would have been blind to, helps us just pick up the phone and call the prospective client even though we'd normally assume that a week before Christmas that person wouldn't be interested in hearing from us, helps us feel confident that we'll get the parking space, find the tarot cards or get the speaking gig. And feeling confident, believing in ourselves, makes it happen.
We are lawyers of attraction. Trainees, apprentices maybe, but lawyers nonetheless.

What a fascinating post! And an amazing group to set up. Have you any intention of opening this up as it sounds like an unbelievably valuable resource?
